All prices are quoted and charged in US dollars only. Bookings may be treated as international transactions by your bank or card issuer, and a foreign transaction fee may apply — the exchange rate is set by your card issuer on the day the transaction is processed.
Basic Economy and promotional tickets are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. Refunds are assessed only where the airline has authorised the refund or a waiver has been received. Full details are published in our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy.

These come from the airlines and the authorities rather than from us, and catching them on the call saves a great deal of trouble later.
Names must match the passport
Airlines do not permit name or personal-detail changes on an issued ticket. A corrected name means a fresh booking and cancelling the old one, so our agent reads every detail back to you before ticketing.
Reconfirm before departure
Please confirm your ticket directly with the operating airline at least 24 hours before a domestic departure and at least 72 hours before an international departure.
Baggage is set by the airline
Allowance varies by carrier, route and fare type, and can differ even between cabins on the same flight. Our agent confirms the allowance on your specific ticket and can add extra baggage where the airline offers it.
Travel documents are yours to hold
Transit and entry visas should be verified with the relevant consulate or government website. A booking with us does not guarantee entry to any country, and travellers flying to or through Canada usually need an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA).
Infants and children
Infants must be under 2 years with valid proof of age; above 24 months a separate seat is required. At least one adult aged 18 or over must accompany children under 18, and children 12 and above are priced as adults.
Payment and card checks
Tickets are transacted on valid cards only and are guaranteed once payment clears. For some non-US or non-Canada cards we may request an authorisation form and photo ID; if the documents are not provided within 24 hours the reservation may be cancelled.

Is Travoclaim an airline?
No. Travoclaim is an independent travel service. We do not operate flights or act as an airline’s support team.
Who answers the phone?
Travel specialists working with Travoclaim answer calls and provide booking and ticketing services. Any service fee and applicable terms are disclosed before payment.
Can I book a flight entirely by phone?
Yes. A travel specialist can review flights with you. If you approve the total and terms, the travel agency can complete the booking by phone. The booking is final only after it issues an e-ticket.
Can you change any existing ticket?
Not always. Some tickets can only be changed by the airline or agency that sold them. The agent must first check who controls the ticket.
Do you guarantee the cheapest fare?
No. Fares and availability change frequently. Travoclaim does not make lowest-price guarantees, and no quote is guaranteed until ticketed.
Do service fees apply?
A travel agency may charge a service fee. The agent states the amount and refund terms before you pay.
Who charges my card?
The merchant of record identified by the travel agency before payment. Ask what legal name or descriptor will appear on your card statement.
Can you guarantee a refund?
No. Refund rights depend on the law, airline, fare rules, and ticket issuer. The reason for the request and original merchant also matter.
